How to Place an Order

Shopping at Khaas Dukan is easy and convenient. Follow these simple steps to place your order.

Step 1: Choose Your Product

Browse our collections for Kids, Girls, Boys, and Ladies and select the product you want to purchase.

Step 2: Select Your Options

If available, choose the required size, color, quantity, or other product options.

Then click “Add to Cart.”

Step 3: Review Your Cart

Click on the Cart icon to review your selected products.

Check the product, size, color, quantity, and total price before proceeding.

Step 4: Proceed to Checkout

Click “Checkout” and enter your:

  • Full Name

  • Complete Delivery Address

  • City

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address (if required)

Please make sure your information is correct to avoid delivery delays.

Step 5: Choose Your Payment Method

Select the available payment option at checkout and complete your order.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is made to the courier when your parcel is delivered.

Step 6: Confirm Your Order

Review your order details and click “Place Order.”

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation.

Step 7: Receive Your Order

Your order will be processed and dispatched through our courier partner. Delivery usually takes a few business days depending on your location.
