Refund policy

At Khaas Dukan, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or receive a defective item, you can request a return or refund by following the guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • You receive the wrong item.

  • The product is significantly different from what was described.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.


Return & Refund Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email us at khaasdukan.pk@gmail.com with the subject line: "Return/Refund Request".

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Your name and contact

    • Photos or videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

If your return is approved, you may be asked to send the product back. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

Refund processing time: 2–5 working days after approval.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items not caused during delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
